Who nose?
"I feel it, like right here inside my nose. It itches and it's so irritating."
"I don't get it."
"You know when you get that feeling like you have to sneeze?"
"Yeah."
"Well it feels like that, only on the right side of my nose and way up inside my sinuses. And it kind of tingles which causes the inside of my nose to itch. The thing is though, I obviously can't shove my finger up in my nose to scratch it because people will think that I'm just picking my nose when I'm not."
"Right. That would suck."
"Exactly."
"I knew this one lady whose five-year-old daughter got a piece of sponge stuck in her nose. It expanded so much that the top part of her nose became swollen and red."
"Aw, now that sucks."
"It really does."
*pause*
"Maybe I'll get a paperclip, unbend it and try to scratch the inside of my nose that way."
"Hey, now there's an idea!"

Don't go too far! My mom always told me that if I kept picking my nose, I'd eventually pick my brain. A paperclip can go a lot further than a finger.

It was just bothering me SO BAD. It's gone now, but damn I was walking around looking like I was having some kind of face spasm. I don't believe there was any brain damage. :)
